Talking to family & friends is one of the most important outlets for an inmate; getting that love, support, & encouragement from the outside world helps them to better cope with their situation. A couple of Months ago I recieved a call from my husband telling me to call a number and to check out the program that they had to offer and to let him know what it was all about. I called and was put on the line with an agent named "Frank". I let him know that I was calling from Kuwait and he explained the program in great detail in all of ten minutes. I was sold. When my husband called me back I explained the benefits of using the services that Kira provides ad how much money it could save us and he told me to go ahead and sign up for it. I told him I already had... I would reccomend this program to anyone who has a family member that is incarcerated and needs to save money on the phone bill because those calls can get very costly.
